With a new ingredient, [Valio Eila® MPC](https://www.valio.com/products/valio-eila-mpc-65/), and the team’s expertise in product development, Valio’s customers can offer products that do not lose in quality factors. “We develop applications that are as good as if they were made from fresh milk. Creating high-protein products that have full-bodied mouthfeel, and no off-flavours enabling clean label approach, has been a success.” Plathin says. ## Test winner recipe In consumer acceptance testing Valio has received extremely good feedback on its mission to offer standout high-protein applications with Valio Eila® MPC. The consumer test in Germany with a group of 110 people was conducted with Plathin’s high-protein ready-to-drink (RTD) prototype, which was the clear winner of the taste test. “Its full-bodied mouthfeel, appearance, and flavour were praised, among its high-protein content.
