Protein smoothie
2 dl natural yogurt
1 (small) banana
100 g frozen strawberries
½ dl Valio PROfeel® whey protein powder strawberry
How to make
  • Measure all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

*One portion contains 21,1 g protein.

Chocolate protein bars
2 ½ dl Valio PROfeel®whey protein chocolate flavor
2 ½ dl muesli with fruits
1 dl orange juice
½ dl peanut butter
½ dl almond flour
On top
3 tbs muesli
12 pcs cashews
How to make
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. It’s easier to mix with hands (you can use rubber gloves).
  • Put the bowl in a fridge/cold and let it stand for 2-3 hours or overnight.
  • Roll the dough in long bars and cut it into 6 pieces.
  • Cut cashes in smaller pieces. Put muesli and cashews on top of the bars.
  • Wrap them in plastic and keep them in the fridge. You can store them 1-2 weeks or you can also freeze them.

*One portion contains 14 g protein.

Strawberry protein yogurth
4 dl Greek yogurt
1 dl Valio PROfeel® whey protein powder strawberry
½ dl freeze dried strawberries or blueberries
2 tbsp. pistachios
2 tbsp. spelt or oat flakes
How to make
  • Mix the protein powder and yogurt.
  • Sprinkle the berries, roasted pistachios and oat flakes on top.
