- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 4 Hamburger Buns, split and lightly toasted
- ½ Head Bibb or butter lettuce, leaves separated

Instructions
- Preheat grill to 400°F and coat grates with oil. In large bowl, combine chicken and shallot and season with salt and pepper. Mix until just combined. Form into 4 equal patties.
- Grill for 5 minutes, flip and cook additional 5 to 7 minutes, until cooked through to internal temperature of 165°. With about 2 minutes remaining on cook time, add 2 slices of Swiss cheese and 2 slices of ham to each patty.
- Combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard and spread on both cut sides of each bun. Layer on lettuce and burger patty with ham, and top with top bun.
