- ⅔ cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Filling:
- 1¼ cups Blueberries
Sour Cream Topping:
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 10-inch pie pan with Finlandia Unsalted Butter and set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the 1/2 cup Finlandia Unsalted Butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Add to butter mixture and mix well. Spoon batter into prepared pie pan, spread out evenly.
- Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the batter, all the way to the edge of the pan.
- In a large bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, egg and vanilla. Pour over blueberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are browned and the middle is set.
