Ingredients

For Greasing Pan:

Batter:

  • ½ cup

  • ⅔ cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

Filling:

  • 1¼ cups Blueberries

Sour Cream Topping:

  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 10-inch pie pan with Finlandia Unsalted Butter and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the 1/2 cup Finlandia Unsalted Butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Add to butter mixture and mix well. Spoon batter into prepared pie pan, spread out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the batter, all the way to the edge of the pan.
  5. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, egg and vanilla. Pour over blueberries.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are browned and the middle is set.
