Instructions
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into 1.5” strips.
- Lay 1-2 strips Swiss cheese on first breadstick and top with a few halves of salami. Gently roll up breadstick along length and place in center of cast-iron skillet. Continue to layer swiss and salami on each breadstick, wrapping around center spiral, until skillet is full. Pinch ends of breadsticks together as each one is added.
- Combine butter and dried herbs in small bowl. Brush butter over spiral. Bake 20-25 minutes, until bread is golden-brown.
Tip: Make these individual spiral rolls by spinning each breadstick into a spiral and arranging on baking sheet. Press end of breadstick against roll to secure and hold shape while baking
