- 1½ lbs Ground Pork
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 0 Kosher Salt, to taste
- 0 Ground Black Pepper, to taste

- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 4 Round Kaiser Rolls
- 8 Slices of Deli Ham
- 8 Kosher Dill Sandwich-Slice Pickles

Instructions
- Preheat grill to 400°F and coat grates with oil.
- In large bowl, combine pork with cumin and oregano. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and mix until just combined.
- Form into 4 equal patties. Grill for 6 minutes, flip and cook additional 4 to 6 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 140°. With about 2 minutes remaining on cook time, add 2 slices of Swiss cheese to each patty.
- Combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl and spread on bottom half of buns. To each bun, add burger patty and top with sliced ham and pickles.
