Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Swiss & Corn Salsa

Ingredients
For Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp cumin
- 8 slices Finlandia Imported Swiss Slices
- 2 avocados, mashed
- 4 hamburger buns
For corn salsa:
- 2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed) corn
- ½ cup red and green peppers, diced
- ¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 0 Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
For chicken:

Place chicken in a zip-top bag, add the oil, honey, lime juice, chili powder, and cumin. Make sure that chicken is fully coated by marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 6 hours.

Preheat grill, place chicken on grill and cook until internal temp reaches 165°F. Top with 2 slices of Finlandia Swiss. Top bottom of each bun with avocado, place chicken on buns and top with corn salsa.
For salsa:

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill for at least 1 hour.
