Shelf life 138 days (ripening 42 days).
Mild and nutty cheese. Semi-hard consistency. Aged for a minimum of 6 weeks. Non-GMO. No preservatives. Microbiological coagulant and calcium chloride are used as production aid. Lactose free. Suitable for cutting, slicing and grating, and as a raw material in manufacturing processed cheese.
