Valio Gouda cheese is a mild and aromaticcheese with a semi-hard consistency. Pasteurised milk, salt and starter.
Shelf life 330 days (ripening 35 days).
Mild and aromatic cheese. Semi-hard consistency. Aged for a minimum of 5 weeks. Non-GMO, ref Reg. (EC) No 1829/2003 and No 1830/2003. No preservatives. Microbiological coagulant and calcium chloride are used as production aid. Lactose free. Suitable for cutting, slicing and grating, and as a raw material in manufacturing processed cheese.
