# Four new dairy farmer members to Valio’s Supervisory Board 

Valio Oy will pay a dividend of EUR 136.00 per share on the registered share capital as of 31 December 2024. In addition, an extra dividend of EUR 182,740.14 will be distributed among the shares in accordance with the decision made at the meeting.

Authorised Public Accountants PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy was chosen as the auditor.

Of Valio Ltd’s 13 shareholders, 7 were represented at the General Meeting.

#### **Four new members to Valio’s Supervisory Board** 

Valio’s Supervisory Board consists of 27 members, four of whom are personnel representatives.

The number of dairy farmer members in Valio’s Supervisory Board was confirmed to be unchanged at 23 members. Supervisory Board positions are divided as follows among the owner-cooperatives: Osuuskunta Maitosuomi 10, Osuuskunta Länsi-Maito 3, Osuuskunta Pohjolan Maito 4 and Osuuskunta Tuottajain Maito 6.

Farmer **Anna-Saara Tikka from Kiuruvesi, farmer **Päivi Pakarainen from Hämeenlinna, farmer **Marko Räsänen** from Hyvinkää, and farmer **Veikko Jokitalo from Sievi were elected as new members to the Valio Supervisory Board.

Farmer **Mikko Heikkinen** from Lapinlahti, who was appointed chairman of the Supervisory Board effective 24 April 2024, was re-elected to the position. Heikkinen has served as chairman of Osuuskunta Maitosuomi since its establishment in 2019, and prior to that, he was chairman of the Board of Directors of Osuuskunta ItäMaito. Farmer **Jari Hekkala** from Kalajoki will continue as vice chairman. He replaced farmer **Satu Pulkka**—who joined Valio’s Board of Directors—in December 2024 and was elected to continue in the role.
