Valio Eila® PRO semi-SMP is available in instant format and is especially recommended for applications that require quick dissolving properties, for example drink powders. The powder is lecithinated for quick dissolving and enriched with vitamin D. It is also suitable for manufacturing a large variety of lactose free foods, from ice cream and bakery products to ready meals, soups, and sauces, and even pet foods. It provides milk nutrients, proteins, and minerals - and a natural milk taste.
