## Product usage

As a high protein concentration, fat free powder with low carbohydrate content, Valio Eila® PRO SMP is an excellent ingredient for high-protein applications including variety of nutritional supplements and dietary products, such as powders, bars, and drinks. It provides milk nutrients, proteins, and minerals. In production, dosage can be 20-25 % lower than with standard skimmed milk powder to provide the same milk protein level.
