## Product usage

Valio Eila® PRO lactose free WMP is now available also in instant format which is especially recommended for applications that require quick dissolving properties, for example drink powders. The product can be used just like instant whole milk powder, provided that the (higher protein content and) caramelising tendency are taken into account. The instant format is lecithinated for quick dissolving and enriched with vitamin D.
