Valio Eila® MPC 50 F powder provides a comprehensive nutritional profile and excellent sensory properties, enabling the development of value-added, health-focused formulations. It has the same casein and whey ratio as in milk, contains all nine essential amino acids and is rich in natural milk minerals and vitamins B2, B5, B7, and B12. Low carbohydrate content (30 % carbohydrates) supports low GI. Valio Eila® MPC 50 F is lactose free and has a unique phospholipids composition.
