Valio’s unsalted butter is also recognized by worldwide experts. Valio’s unsalted butter won Best of Class at the World Championship Cheese Contest 2018 in Wisconsin, USA, on March 8. The production of the perfect butter:

Fresh Finnish milk is collected from our farmers every 2nd day.
The cream is separated and pasteurized.
The cream is matured according to our traditional process to ensure the texture and flavor required.
It is double churned and refrigerated.

FIN butter

Valio FIN butter 79 % unsalted is always produced from fresh Finnish cream without any additives or preservatives. The Finnish milk is amongst the purest in the whole world which gives Valio FIN butter a pure taste. The product can be used as versatile as full fat butter: on bread, cooking, baking and frying.

Valio spreads

Discover the natural combination of the purest Finnish butter and rapeseed oil. It contains no artificial additives or preservatives. A tasty, creamy and buttery taste. Suitable for spreading, frying, cooking and baking.
