Mild, rich and a slightly salty and acidic flavour. Semi-hard consistency. Produced from pure Finnish milk from our own farmers. Aged for a minimum of 4 weeks. Suitable for cutting, slicing and grating, and as a raw material in manufacturing processed cheese. Non-GMO, ref Reg. (EC) No 1829/2003 and No 1830/2003. No additives or preservatives. Microbiological coagulant and CO2 are used as production aid. Lactose free
